Install the repleno app

What is the repleno app?

repleno is a Progressive Web App (PWA).

You install it directly from your browser — no app store, no downloads. The app works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

The right link for your company

Each company has its own URL.

After your first login, save this link — it takes you directly to your team workspace:

Format: repleno.com/home/your-team-name

Example: Team "Schmidt GmbH" → repleno.com/home/schmidt-gmbh

Use this link for the app installation and as a bookmark.

Installation on your smartphone

The repleno app appears as an icon on your home screen.

Installation on desktop

1. Open Chrome, Edge, or another modern browser
2. Go to your team link (e.g. repleno.com/home/schmidt-gmbh)
3. Click the Install icon in the address bar (usually a small plus or computer icon)
4. Confirm the installation

The app now opens in its own window without the browser toolbar.

Sign in as Administrator

As an Administrator, you created the team.

1. Open the repleno app
2. Click "Sign in"
3. Enter email and password
4. You land directly in the team dashboard

Tip: Set up your team (account + team creation) via desktop browser. Mobile app is ideal for daily warehouse use.

Accept invitation as a team member

As a team member, you were invited.

1. Open the invitation email
2. Click the invitation link
3. Create your account (confirm email, set password)
4. You automatically get access

After signing in, you can immediately scan items and record usage.

After installation

Installation takes 30 seconds. After that, repleno is always at your fingertips — like a native app, but without the app store.
