With Projects, you create a simple link between your warehouse and your jobs in repleno. You assign material withdrawals directly to a specific customer, job site, or project number.
The most important thing first: Projects in repleno are not a project management tool for tasks or schedules. It is purely about tracking material quantities and costs.
Why is this useful?
- Cost Transparency: See at the touch of a button how much material (in dollars/euros) has gone into a specific project.
- Easy Billing: No more searching through delivery notes. You have the complete material list ready for your invoice.
- Return Control: Simply book unused material back from the project into the warehouse.
How does it work?
- Create Project: Create an identifier (e.g., "Muller New Construction" or Project No. 123).
- Select During Scanning: Your team simply selects the project in the app when booking out the goods.
- Analyze: You immediately see the total of all consumed items and their total costs in the overview.
