repleno adapts to how your business works
No two businesses work exactly alike. Until now, repleno decided which data an item carried. With this update you set that yourself, so repleno reflects how you actually work.
New
- Custom fields: Add your own item data as text, number, date or yes/no values, exactly the data only your business tracks.
- Cost centers: Book stock withdrawals to a cost center so consumption stays permanently assigned to the right workshop, machine or department. The data is easy to export.
- App access per member: For each team member you decide which app functions (e.g. scanning, search or goods receipt) they may use.
- Send an order now: When an order is waiting for automatic dispatch, for example because the minimum order value is not yet reached, trigger it instantly with one click via "Send now". This lets you simply bring orders forward.
- Fill items to reach the minimum order value: Sometimes an order waits until it reaches the minimum order value. But the items are needed urgently, while shipping would incur small-quantity surcharges. So repleno suggests suitable items from the same supplier, based on your data, to round out your order sensibly.
- (APP) Stock at other sites: When you search for an item that is not stocked at your current site, repleno shows where it is kept instead.
Fixed
- Barcode lookup: A scanned barcode fills in the manufacturer data with AI even more reliably now.
- Bill of materials on set items: Set items you imported via CSV show their full bill of materials again in the item view.
