Do I need an account?

No. The label generator runs without login or registration, directly in your browser.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. CSV parsing and PDF generation happen entirely in your browser, nothing is uploaded to a server.

What happens if a row has no barcode?

The row still prints, just without the barcode graphic. Name, storage location, and the other fields appear normally on the label.

Can I print the PDF on other label sheets?

No, each of the three formats is tuned exactly to one specific label sheet. On other sheets, margins and spacing will be off and the print won't line up.

The generator supports three formats: Avery Zweckform 3422 (70 × 35 mm), Zweckform 3657 (48.5 × 25.4 mm), and a generic A4 full-sheet label. Each format has its own fixed, built-in template.
