Go, Flow, and Scale differ mainly in active item count: Go 150, Flow 750, Scale 3,000. Each step up roughly doubles the price but covers many times more, so each item gets cheaper. The higher tier pays off once the avoided costs of an unmanaged inventory exceed its monthly fee. Above 3,000 active items, Max has you covered, tailored to your inventory. The Free plan covers up to 25 active items and 1 storage location. From Go, you manage items at multiple storage locations with separate stock levels. Stock management and unlimited users are included throughout.

Max is for businesses with more than 3,000 active items or multiple sites. Scope, price, and additional support are agreed individually.

Storage locations, meaning bins within a single site, are unlimited from Go: the same item can sit at several, each with its own stock level and bin. The Free plan includes 1 active storage location. Sites are handled separately: every plan includes 1 site, and we enable additional ones from Flow on request.

You can invite all your team members, with no fees per user (seat limits) and no hidden costs.

Software should be used by the whole team, not just the boss. We bill paid plans by invoice, which you settle by bank transfer, no credit card required. On request we run the full procurement path: quote, order confirmation, invoice.

Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be canceled month to month. Annual plans can be canceled any time too; your access continues until the end of the current period.

Item master data, stock and booking history export as CSV at any time. No lock-in, your data is yours.
