Answers to the most important questions before you start.
What is the difference between Go, Flow and Scale?
Go covers stock keeping, Flow adds purchasing and organisation, Scale adds control for larger businesses.
What happens to my data if I switch to a smaller plan?
Your data stays, nothing is deleted. Only new actions in features the smaller plan does not include are blocked. You can still complete open orders.
What if no plan fits my requirements?
Write to us. Whether more items, more sites, help getting started or a custom integration: we agree scope and price to fit your business.
Can I manage multiple sites and storage locations?
Storage locations: 1 in Free and Go, unlimited from Flow. Sites: 1 on every plan, more from Flow on request as a custom plan.
Do I pay per user?
From Go all users are included; Free includes 3 users.
Can I use repleno for free?
The Free plan is free forever: up to 50 stocked items, 1 storage location and 3 users. No credit card needed.
Is IT know-how needed to use and set up repleno?
Without IT skills, you set up your team and first 25 items in about 3 hours.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee. On every paid plan we spend at least an hour with you online showing you how to run your stock with repleno yourself.
Do you also come on site?
As a practice day: one day with you and your team to work repleno into your routine. From €1,250 per day, plus VAT.
Who helps me when I get stuck?
Call or email us, on every plan. A person from the repleno team answers, not a bot.
How is billing handled?
Monthly or yearly, both plus VAT. Yearly saves you around 16 percent.
Can I pay by invoice?
On request by invoice and bank transfer, including quote and order confirmation.
Can I switch plans?
Any time: upgrades apply immediately, downgrades from the next billing period.
How can I cancel?
Cancel monthly plans any month, with no minimum term. Cancel yearly plans any time, effective at the end of the current period.
Can I export my data at any time?
You can export item data, stock and booking history as CSV at any time.
Where is my data stored, and is repleno GDPR compliant?
Your data stays in Germany and the EU and is processed under the GDPR. You sign the data processing agreement (DPA) when you register.
