How the calculation works
The calculator compares your current effort for procurement, material organization, stocktaking and emergency trips with the effort after adopting repleno. Default values are based on experience from trade businesses with 5 to 15 employees.
According to a study by BME (German Association for Supply Chain Management), C-parts account for only 5% of procurement volume but up to 70% of all purchase orders.

A survey by the Ludwig-Fröhler-Institut shows that trade businesses spend an average of 4.3 hours per week on administrative procurement tasks.

The calculator uses conservative estimates. Indirect costs such as delayed jobs, lost margins, or customer dissatisfaction from missing parts are not included. In practice, actual savings are often higher than the calculated result.
Model limitations
The calculation is an approximation. It does not replace a full business analysis, but provides a solid starting point. You can adjust all input values to match your operation.
