Demo: Creating QR code labels & barcodes in 20 seconds

What are barcode labels? Self-adhesive labels with a machine-readable code (EAN, Code 128, QR) that you stick on shelves, bins, or items. A scan instantly identifies the item. Many businesses order labels externally or cobble together templates in Word and Excel. Every new item and every change means manual effort. With the repleno label designer, you create labels directly in the app: pick a template, print as PDF. Item data like name, number, and bin location are inserted automatically. No download, no design skills needed.

How to create labels

Three steps from blank sheet to finished label.

01

Pick a template

Choose from 40+ sheet formats (Avery Zweckform, Herma, etc.) or create custom templates with your own dimensions.

02

Place QR code or barcode

QR code, EAN-13, or Code 128: pick the right type and place it on the label via drag and drop. Add item name, number, or bin location. Everything adjusts automatically.

03

Print PDF

repleno generates a print-ready PDF with all labels on the sheet. Print, stick, done.

Why the label designer?

No label printer, no design software, no manual typing.

Standard paper from any office store

Avery Zweckform and Herma sheets are available anywhere. No label printer, no thermal ribbon. Just buy the sheets and print on a regular office printer.

No retyping, no typos

Name, item number, bin location, and EAN come directly from your master data. Set it up once, print as many times as you need.

No design software needed

Pick a template, load the sheet, print. Done in 5 minutes. No training, no software installation.

The label designer knows the most common label sheets from office supply stores.

Real world: anju conceptstore, Bielefeld

Antonia Berndt sews custom safety vests with up to 19 individual parts per piece. Every cut piece needs to be findable in the warehouse. With the label designer, she creates labels for each cut directly in repleno: item name, bin location, and barcode on one label. Print, stick, done. After that, a single scan is enough to automatically book out the entire bill of materials.
We've stood at the sewing machine several times and a cut piece was missing. Now everything has a label and we scan on withdrawal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any printer that can print PDFs. So practically any inkjet or laser printer. A dedicated label printer is not needed.
Over 40 formats from Avery Zweckform, Herma, and other manufacturers are built in. You can also create custom templates with your own dimensions.
No. The label designer is included in every repleno plan. No extra charges, no limits.
Yes. You can freely define sheet dimensions, label count, and spacing. Once created, the template is available to your entire team.
QR codes are square and fit on small labels without width constraints. They store more data than barcodes and are reliably scanned by any smartphone camera. EAN-13 and Code 128 are industry standards found on manufacturer packaging that you can use directly. For labels you create yourself, we recommend QR code: more flexibility, better readability, no long narrow strip needed.
