How quickly can it start after launch?

Depends on your starting point. If your storage locations are labeled and your team has smartphones, you can get going within a few days after launch. Otherwise, the warehouse check shows you in under 3 minutes where you currently stand.

What prerequisites do validation partners bring?

Recurring consumable materials, a point person who drives the topic, and willingness for short feedback. Technical: smartphones (Android/iOS).

What happens after my request?

We will reach out for a short validation call as soon as we have slots available. There is currently no firm launch date.

How does collaboration work during validation?

Once repleno officially launches, we actively support you with setup. Currently we are conducting short validation conversations.

How will you handle data later?

Your data remains your data. We plan to use it exclusively to improve repleno and not share it with third parties. Data will be stored encrypted on servers in Frankfurt (EU).

What if our warehouse isn't ready yet?

That's part of validation too — we learn what a typical warehouse looks like before launch. After launch, we help you set up for free: define warehouse structure (zones, aisles, racks) together, print matching labels in repleno.

Who is behind repleno?

repleno is from Bielefeld. German team, EU servers, personal guidance. You reach real people, not a ticket queue.

What will repleno cost later?

repleno is free during the pre-foundation phase. Pricing will be communicated before launch.
