Questions about the pilot

How much time does getting started take?

It depends on your starting point. If your storage locations are already labeled and you use smartphones, you can get started within a few days. If you still need preparation, e.g. labeling locations or setting up ordering processes, we'll guide you through it. Our Readiness Check shows you in 2 minutes where you stand.

What prerequisites do you need?

Recurring consumable materials, a responsible person who drives the project, and willingness to give short feedback. Technically: smartphones (Android/iOS) for the app.

What happens after my request?

We review your request and get back to you within a few days. If it's a good fit, we schedule a short call to get to know each other and clarify next steps.

How does support and feedback work?

During setup, we actively support you. During runtime, there are short, regular check-ins (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) via call or chat.

How do you handle data?

Your data remains your data. We use it exclusively to improve repleno and don't share it with third parties. All data is stored encrypted on German servers.

What if my storage isn't ready?

No problem! During the pilot phase, we help you make your storage repleno-ready for free. This includes introducing a ZGREF system (zones, aisles, racks, levels, compartments), labeling, and process definition.

repleno is based in Bielefeld, Germany. German team, German servers, personal support. You reach real people, not a ticket queue.
