In short: a repleno customer refers repleno to another business. When that business becomes a paying customer, we unlock 50 extra active items for both businesses right away. If they stay a customer for 6 months, both keep them for good.
Who can take part
Every business with an active repleno account can refer. The referred business must be new to repleno. Existing customers don't count.
How it works
- The referring business enters the email address of the business it refers, inside its repleno account.
- We then send a single invitation to that address. Replies go straight to the referring business.
- Once the referred business becomes a paying customer, we review the referral and unlock the extra items for both businesses.
We send exactly one invitation per recipient address.
Reward
- 50 extra active items per successful referral, for the referring and for the referred business.
- Up to 3 successful referrals per business. Beyond that, talk to us.
- Items are unlocked with the referred business's first payment. This requires your own business to be on a paid plan at that point.
- The items become permanent once the referred business has stayed a paying customer for 6 months. If they cancel before that, the 50 items fall away for both businesses at the end of their subscription.
- If the bonus falls away, we delete nothing. Should your item count then sit above your plan's limit, you cannot add new items until you are back below it.
- The bonus has no cash value and is non-transferable.
If you received a referral email
The email was triggered by a repleno customer referring your business, and sent on their behalf through repleno. The referring business gets extra items in their repleno account if your business becomes a paying customer. You will not receive another invitation from us for this program. Exclusions and abuse
We review every referral. Referrals that amount to self-referral, linked accounts, or bulk sending to addresses that were never contacted are rejected, and we reserve the right to exclude the account from the program.
Changes
We may change these terms for future referrals or end the program. Items already unlocked are not affected.
