In short: a repleno customer refers repleno to another business. When that business becomes a paying customer, we give both businesses one month of their plan free.
Who can take part
Every business with an active repleno account can refer. The referred business must be new to repleno. Existing customers don't count.
How it works
- The referring business enters the email address of the business it refers, inside its repleno account.
- We then send a single invitation to that address. Replies go straight to the referring business.
- Once the referred business has paid its first invoice, we review the referral and give both businesses a free month.
We send exactly one invitation per recipient address.
Reward
- One month free per successful referral, for the referring and for the referred business.
- We extend the current billing period of the plan by one month at no cost. This works the same for monthly and yearly billing.
- Up to 12 free months per business. Beyond that, talk to us.
- If your business is not on a paid plan yet, we credit the month to you. It applies as soon as you choose a paid plan.
- If we refund the referred business's first payment, the free month falls away for both businesses.
- The free month has no cash value and is non-transferable.
If you received a referral email
The email was triggered by a repleno customer referring your business, and sent on their behalf through repleno. If your business becomes a paying customer, you and the referring business each get one month free. You will not receive another invitation from us for this program. If you'd rather not hear from us at all, write to hi@repleno.com.
Exclusions and abuse
We review every referral. Referrals that amount to self-referral, linked accounts, or bulk sending to addresses that were never contacted are rejected, and we reserve the right to exclude the account from the program.
Changes
We may change these terms for future referrals or end the program. Months already given or credited are not affected. Items unlocked under the earlier terms stay in place as well.
