So everyone in the warehouse can record stock
Stock levels only stay current when every employee records stock coming in and going out right away. That only works when recording stock is quick and straightforward. Until now, each employee needed their own device and company email address. This update changes that: one tablet or phone in the warehouse is now enough for everyone to sign in with their name and PIN. The whole team can record stock while repleno continues to assign every booking to the right person, site, and storage location.

- Shared warehouse device: Under “Team & Devices,” connect a device to repleno; each employee signs in with their name and PIN. You can add employees there in just a few clicks.
Improved
- Onboarding tips: You can now reset previously closed tips in your personal settings and show them again at any time.
Fixed
- Archiving items: When you archive an item, repleno now books its remaining stock to zero so no invisible stock remains.
