Reorder straight from the app
When a part runs low, you reorder it as an administrator right where you notice it: on the item or in the scanner. repleno adds the quantity as a demand notification or straight to the supplier’s draft order. Every plan also includes far more items now.

- (APP) Orders: When a part runs low, you tap “Reorder” as an administrator on the item or in the scanner, and repleno adds the quantity as a demand notification or straight to the supplier’s draft order.
- (APP) Bookings: When an employee books material to a project, they can pick the cost center the withdrawal belongs to in the same step.
- Plan: As an administrator, you now order your plan on invoice right on the billing page and update your billing details there yourself.
- Plan: Every paid plan now includes a personal online onboarding session, which you book right on the billing page to set up repleno for your business.
- Items: You now create consumables without stock by switching off “Track stock” when you create them, and they don’t count toward the items your plan includes.
Improved
- Plan: Every plan now includes far more items, 50 instead of 25 on the free plan and 1,000 instead of 150 on the smallest paid plan.
- Items: The import now recognizes the supplier columns from the repleno templates automatically, and items ordered by the carton or pack no longer stop the import.
- General: When you close a form with unsaved input on a computer, repleno asks first before your changes are lost.
- Dashboard: The “Complete supplier master data” task only asks for order email and customer number for suppliers repleno orders from for you.
Fixed
- Orders: Approved order proposals reach the supplier again instead of being closed silently at the next stock booking.
- (APP) Scanner & search: When you tap an item in the search while still typing, repleno opens it right away instead of swallowing the first tap.
- (APP) Scanner & search: When you assign a barcode, repleno shows every item and storage location even in large warehouses, not just some of them.
- Items: When a default storage location is set, you can pick a different storage location again when you create an item.
- Reports: The slow movers report now loads reliably in warehouses with many items.
- Transfers: You can now confirm a prefilled transfer proposal exactly as repleno suggests it, without touching the quantity first.
- General: Chrome no longer translates pages in repleno automatically, so they no longer crash because of it.
