Van, workshop, site container: every location with its own stock
Until now an item had one storage location. Now you keep the same item at several locations at once, every location with its own stock. For everyone who stocks a van, a workshop or a site container next to the main warehouse.
New
- Items: stock by storage location, every location with its own minimum level.
- Transfer: move stock from one storage location to another.
- Replenishment per location: order from the supplier or transfer internally.
- Demand notifications: confirm a transfer instead of ordering, with a picking list.
- (APP) Booking: active location on top, book in and out per location.
- Label printing: one label per storage location.
- Dashboard: new card "Running out soon".

- Item list: filter by storage location.
- CSV: import and export with one row per storage location.
- (APP) Goods receipt: shows the booked location and bin on the line.
- Storage locations: remove only once no stock sits there.
- Free plan: 25 active items instead of 10.
- To-dos: flag odd stock values (daily jump, implausible price).
Fixed
- Items: key figure and list count stock per location the same way.
- Reversal: books back at the location where you booked it.
- Item list: archived items show up only with the filter set.
- Sign-in: no more redirect loop after a stale session.
Important
- Free plan: one storage location. Further locations stay locked, the stock there stays intact.
