repleno is a German vendor: contracting party in Bielefeld, German law, data in Frankfurt am Main, billing in euros, support in German, often directly from the founder instead of through a ticket system. inFlow comes from Toronto. The contracting party is Archon Systems Inc., a corporation under the law of the Province of Ontario, hosting runs on Microsoft Azure without a specific EU location being named. Canada holds an adequacy decision from the European Commission, so the transfer itself is not the obstacle. In daily use the difference still shows: the interface is available in English, Spanish, French, and Chinese, but not German, and support answers in English within fixed time windows. If you want more than self-service, inFlow charges a mandatory 499 USD onboarding fee from its Small Business plan.
