Who gets my warehouse ready for operational work?

Recording stock is the easy part. The sevdesk Inventar add-on keeps items and stock and sends an email when an item reaches its reorder point. With repleno, we go through these steps with you online. You can book a day on site with your team on top, anywhere in Germany.

What does repleno cost compared to sevdesk?

sevdesk charges the plan plus the Inventar add-on, so from €32.80/month for one user, and every additional user costs €5.90 extra. repleno charges by the number of your stocked items and the plan's features, no matter how many people on your team book in the warehouse. For you alone, sevdesk is cheaper; the more people book in the warehouse, the sooner repleno pays off.

Common questions about sevdesk inventory management and repleno

Can I use sevdesk for accounting and repleno for inventory management in parallel?

You use both in parallel, sevdesk for your accounting and repleno for your warehouse. You then no longer need the sevdesk Inventar add-on.

Can repleno also do invoicing and accounting like sevdesk?

repleno is inventory management and does not write invoices. Invoicing, accounting, DATEV export and advance VAT returns stay with sevdesk or your tax advisor.

Do I have to maintain stock in both sevdesk and repleno?

You keep your stock in repleno only, because sevdesk needs no stock of its own for invoicing and accounting. You only maintain it twice if the Inventar add-on in sevdesk keeps holding stock.

Do I need barcodes to book stock in repleno?

Barcodes are not required. You book by scan, or search for the item and enter the quantity. If needed, you print labels with barcodes using the label designer in repleno.

Can I scan barcodes with my smartphone?

repleno scans barcodes and QR codes with the smartphone camera, without a handheld scanner or extra hardware.

Can I migrate my data from sevdesk to repleno?

You export your item list from sevdesk as an Excel file, save it as CSV and import it into repleno. On every paid plan, we help you with it online.

Can I use repleno or the sevdesk inventory for free?

repleno's Free plan is free forever, with the features of the Go plan for up to 50 stocked items. For the sevdesk Inventar add-on you pay plan plus add-on from day one.
