Is Zoho Inventory a warehouse tool?
In part. Zoho groups the product into six blocks itself: purchasing, warehousing, inventory, sales, shipping, and a block for automation and analytics. Warehousing is one of them and holds multiple warehouses, transfer orders, picklists and bin locations. The larger part of the product is about buying and selling: purchase orders, vendor payments, sales orders, shipping, invoicing, returns. So the more useful question before comparing is which of those blocks is your topic. If it is selling and shipping, Zoho Inventory is built for it and repleno does not cover it. If it is what sits on the shelf (scanning, multiple stock locations, a complete history, reordering), you are comparing one of six blocks with a product that consists of nothing else.

Zoho Inventory fits the German market as soon as you sell online, because orders from your shops come together with stock and shipping in one system. repleno is built for small businesses in Germany that keep material in their own warehouse and book it in and out as a team by phone.
Does repleno reorder automatically, unlike Zoho Inventory?
From the Flow plan repleno reorders automatically, and you set the level of automation yourself. Zoho Inventory knows reorder points and reminds you when an item needs reordering; you then place the order. In repleno you decide per item what happens at the reorder point: only warn, order automatically from the supplier (from Flow) or put an order forward for approval (from Scale). That way you raise the level of automation as you come to trust the process. From Flow, repleno spots fast and slow movers per item and derives suggestions for minimum and reorder levels.

Zoho Inventory charges per organization by orders per month. The free plan covers 50 orders a month, one user and two storage locations; the paid plans rise with the number of orders. Additional users and further storage locations come on top as add-ons, shown in euros on zoho.eu. repleno charges by item count and features in euros, with no price per user and no order limit. It is best to check current prices directly with each provider.
