The admin has full access to master data, suppliers, items, and the team: they maintain the system so repleno works reliably.

Employees keep the material flow running: record withdrawals, confirm goods receipts, report issues.

Two ways into the system: a personal login on a work phone, or a name and PIN on a shared device in the warehouse. Which one each person gets depends on the use case.
