How to assign material withdrawals to jobs and construction sites in repleno and use them for billing and post-calculation.
In repleno you can create projects and construction sites and assign employees to them. With every withdrawal, the employee books directly against their project. This makes it traceable at any time which materials were used in what quantities.
Why this is useful
- Billing: Material consumption per job is documented. You know what was used and can charge it to the customer.
- Post-calculation: You can see how much material a job consumed and whether your original estimate was accurate.
- Return control: Unused material can be cleanly booked back into stock.
