Create Labels

Why you design labels right in repleno: barcode, QR code, and storage location from your master data, without retyping and without a design program.

The label designer builds labels straight from your master data: barcode or QR code, item name, storage location. Once it is stuck on, your team finds and books the item by scan.

Managing items and keeping stock means you need an organized warehouse: one where you find what you are looking for fast, and book stock just as fast. That is what we built the label designer for.

Why in repleno and not in Word

Most people piece label sheets together with Word mail merge or an Excel list. That works until the data changes: a new item or storage location means rebuilding the list and the merge, and Word cannot produce barcodes anyway. repleno pulls name, number, storage location, and code straight from your master data. Set up the template once, and every label stays current and free of typos.

The code turns searching into scanning: print the storage location and the item is found without asking around; scan instead of type and you book without transposed digits. And with the item image on the label, anyone recognizes the right item even without knowing its name.

What the designer offers

  • Codes: barcode (EAN-13, Code 128) or QR code, generated automatically from your item data.
  • Fields from your master data: name, number, storage location, EAN, item image, company logo, free text.
  • Standard label sheets from Avery Zweckform, Herma, and others, for a normal office printer. No label printer needed.
  • Your own templates in addition to the built-in standard templates.
