Understand how repleno maps suppliers as part of the procurement logic and why dispatch times and minimum order values matter more than contact details for stable routines.
Here you manage the suppliers from whom repleno orders goods on your behalf.
What repleno needs per supplier
- Email address: repleno transmits orders by email. Without an email address, no order can go out.
- Dispatch time: Defines when needs are bundled and sent, e.g. daily at 3:00 PM. Without a dispatch time, there is no automatic trigger.
- Minimum order value: repleno checks before sending whether the order reaches the minimum value. If it falls short, the order is moved to the next dispatch time. This prevents small-order surcharges.
