Employee
Employees keep the material flow running: record withdrawals, confirm goods receipts, report issues.
Employees ensure that real material movements and digital stock stay in sync. The role is operational, not administrative.
Day-to-day work
Employees work primarily with the repleno app. The app is focused on day-to-day operations: booking and searching.
Employees keep the material flow running:
- they record withdrawals,
- they confirm or book goods receipts,
- they check availability,
- they flag anything that seems off.
Why this role is deliberately limited
Employees should be able to record material movements quickly and reliably, without dealing with master data, role logic, or order parameters.
This reduces errors in two directions:
- less operational complexity day-to-day
- fewer uncontrolled changes to the logic behind orders and stock
Typical responsibilities
- Record withdrawals consistently: Only recorded consumption leads to reliable stock data.
- Confirm goods receipts promptly: Open deliveries don't help if the actual stock isn't updated.
- Make issues visible: Missing barcodes, wrong quantities, or unknown items need to go back into the system and to the admin.
What is not part of this role
- creating new items or suppliers,
- setting minimum and maximum stock levels,
- managing roles and access,
- changing order logic.
These tasks belong to the admin.
