Admin
The admin has full access to master data, suppliers, items, and the team: they maintain the system so repleno works reliably.
repleno only works if someone takes ownership. The admin is that person: they drive the topic, stand behind it, and make sure the process is followed through in the team.
What the admin does
The admin has full control over all settings, master data, and team management. Whoever signs up for a repleno plan is automatically the admin. Admins work both on desktop and in the repleno app.
Typical tasks
- Suppliers: Add suppliers, define dispatch times, maintain contact details
- Items: Create new items, add master data, define reorder point and maximum stock levels
- Team: Invite employees, assign roles
- Order logic: Define which items are ordered automatically and which require manual review
- Projects: Create projects, assign employees, use consumption data for invoicing
- Reports: Consumption analysis, order history, optimization
Responsibility
- Master data quality: Incorrect master data leads to incorrect orders.
- Process reliability: Ensure employees consistently record withdrawals and confirm goods receipts promptly.
- Continuous adjustment: After the first weeks, sharpen reorder points and adjust supplier routines.
