Booking Process

Why the booking process is the backbone of repleno: only by recording every withdrawal do stock levels stay accurate and orders stay reliable.

repleno can only order automatically when stock levels are accurate. Stock levels are accurate only when the withdrawn quantity is recorded. To make this as quick and simple as possible, it happens in repleno via the app. A booking takes just a few seconds.

What happens during a booking

  1. You record a withdrawal directly.
  2. repleno reduces the available stock.
  3. The system automatically checks whether replenishment becomes relevant.
  4. If needed, the event feeds into the ordering logic.

Whether the trigger is a barcode or a manual selection is secondary. What matters is that material movement and stock data do not drift apart.

Where this counts

Especially relevant for teams that withdraw material directly at the point of consumption: in the warehouse, in the workshop, in the service vehicle, or at assembly stations.
