Delivery and Stock

Understand the role of goods receipt in repleno, why it is critical for reliable stock data, and how deviations stay visible.

repleno orders can be booked as goods receipt — fully or partially — in seconds. repleno updates stock immediately.

What happens during goods receipt

Only with goods receipt does a placed order become reliable stock again:

  1. An order arrives fully or partially.
  2. Delivered quantities are matched against ordered quantities.
  3. repleno adds the actually received quantity to stock.
  4. Deviations remain visible in the order and history.

Goods receipt can be booked via the app (mobile) or through the web interface. For complete deliveries, all quantities are pre-filled: one click is enough. For partial deliveries or deviations, quantities are adjusted.

Partial deliveries

If not everything arrives at once: only the actually delivered quantity is booked. The outstanding quantity remains on backorder and can be booked later.

What repleno learns from goods receipts

Goods receipts are not just stock bookings. repleno analyzes the data and provides hints for optimization: whether suppliers deliver reliably, minimum stock levels are set realistically, and ordering routines work in day-to-day operations.
